David Rosenblum, MD, is co-owner and primary clinic director at AABP Integrative Pain Care, with offices in the Bensonhurst neighborhood in Brooklyn, and Garden City, New York.
Dr. Rosenblum is an interventional pain management specialist and dual board-certified in anesthesia and pain medicine. He takes a whole-person approach to pain, looking at all modifiable factors, such as diet and poor ergonomics, to ease symptoms and prevent further pain or injury.
After receiving his medical degree at the Sackler School of Medicine at Tel Aviv University in Tel Aviv, Israel, Dr. Rosenblum relocated to New York City, completing his internal medicine internship and residency program at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital (currently Mount Sinai West) in Manhattan.
Dr. Rosenblum completed his fellowship training at New York University (NYU), which included three years of training in anesthesia.
A leader in the fields of interventional pain management and regional anesthesiology, Dr. Rosenblum has developed protocols and policies to improve patient safety. His particular interests include regional anesthesia (using local anesthetics to block pain) and ultrasound-guided nerve blocks.
Dr. Rosenblum represents the department of anesthesiology at the Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, developing pain management programs for obstetric, orthopedic, cancer, and other patients.
Utilizing the power of the internet to promote health, Dr. Rosenblum has a strong online presence hosting multiple podcasts, including The PainExam, AnesthesiaExam, and PMRExam.
Dr. Rosenblum’s dedication to his field of medicine hasn’t gone unnoticed. He has been named New York Magazine’s Best Pain Management Doctor multiple times, appeared on NY1 News, and made several appearances on SiriusXM™ Radio’s Doctor Talk.
At AABP Integrative Pain Care, Dr. Rosenblum primarily provides care at the Brooklyn and Garden City offices.
